How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased by visiting the territory-specific ticketing pages on the ICC website.
If tickets aren't on sale yet, why are there third party websites with tickets for sale?
There are many sites that advertise ICC tickets that are not affiliated with the ICC. For official on sale dates, news and tickets we recommend only purchasing through the ICC official ticket sales pages on the ICC website or from VIVID Seats for sold-out matches.
What is the minimum age for a child to require a ticket?
For ICC North America and Australia, children 2 and over will require a ticketed seat.
How will I receive my tickets?
For ICC North America tickets, Ticketmaster offers several delivery options. Depending on which option was selected, tickets will be delivered via regular mail, UPS, or eTicket delivery. You can visit the Ticketmaster FAQ page for more information. Similarly, for ICC Australia, Ticketek offer several delivery options. Depending which option was selected, tickets will be delivered via regular mail, Ezy Ticket (eTicket delivery), or Mobile Ticket (tickets sent to your smartphone). How long will it take to receive my tickets?
Timing will vary based on the delivery option chosen. If you have purchased tickets and have not received them within 48 hours of the event, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service for ICC North America and Ticketek for ICC Australia. Tickets delivered by regular mail can take up to 7-10 business days.
I lost my tickets. How can I get new ones?
ICC North America tickets can be replaced by contacting Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000. ICC Australia tickets can be replaced by contacting Ticketek at 132 849.

How do I apply for Accreditation in Australia?
To apply for Accreditation for the 2016 International Champions Cup Australia, presented by Audi, please click here. The online accreditation portal allows you to apply as an individual or on behalf of a group.
To apply as an individual, simply click the ‘Add’ button that correlates with the pass you require, eg. Access All Areas, Venue Access etc. Applicants will then be asked to complete both personal details and match requirements. Once this information has been submitted, the applicant will receive a ‘Submission Confirmation’ email (*Please ensure you check your junk mail box). Applicants will then be notified via email of their success or otherwise.
To apply on behalf of a group, simply click the ‘Template Provided’ link and download the excel spreadsheet. Once the details for each applicant have been added to the template, save the spreadsheet and click the ‘Upload’ button in the centre of the screen. Once the spreadsheet has been submitted, the individual submitting the group application will receive a ‘Submission Confirmation’ email (*Please ensure you check your junk mail box). This individual will then be notified via email of each individuals success or otherwise.

Will the NFL Bag Policy be enforced?
Yes, the NFL Bag Policy will be enforced. Transparent, plastic, vinyl or PVC bags smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" will be allowed after inspection. For more information on the NFL Bag Policy please visit www.nfl.com/allclear.
Are there additional security screening procedures for fans?
Yes, as part of enhanced security measures for all events fans will be screened using new walkthrough magnetometers. The walkthrough magnetometers will be used in place of the wanding procedure that was previously used for screening.
